Deuteronomy 3:21-22

The Lord Your God Is The One Fighting For You!

Deuteronomy 3:21-22 I commanded Joshua at that time saying your eyes have seen all that the LORD your God has done to these two kings so the LORD shall do to all the kingdoms into which you are about to cross do not fear them for the LORD your God is the one fighting for you Shabbat Shalom Isn’t it wonderful to have a day of rest and refreshing today I encourage you take advantage of it I love this last part of this scripture it says for the Lord your God is the one fighting for you do you know that God will take up our battles? when we walk with him there are certainly people that are going to come against us and even when we make foolish choices foolish decisions we get ourselves into problems it says God is the one who will fight for you and this is what Moses, pardon me Joshua needed to be reminded of is that when you cross the river you’re going to encounter giants you’re going to encounter all kinds of large armies don’t worry about it the Lord God will fight for you and I find that when we walk where God has called us to walk when we walk in business when we walk in ministry when we walk in our family we’ll encounter conflicts we’ll encounter difficulties but if we’ll let God be the one that fights for us that is so much more powerful than fighting our own battles it really again is the difference between David and Saul regarding Goliath Saul was looking for a big man to fight the battle David didn’t look for a big man he just realized God will fight for us He’s given us a promise let me just grab hold of what God has said and I’m going to walk in that I believe in this coming week you will face battles and I want you to remember it is the Lord God who will fight for you God will orchestrate circumstances unusual things will happen and things that no man could do God will do I remember reading the scripture we’ll look at this at another time where Elijah was able to see in the spirit a huge army of the Lord that was fighting with him and for him against the enemies and his servant Gahazi couldn’t see it and Elijah prayed God open his eyes that he might see that those who are with us are many more than those who are with them and I pray that for you today that God would open your eyes to see in the spirit to realize that God is the one who will fight battles for you so what battle are you facing today? what battle are you facing in this up coming week would you just grab hold of the fact that God will fight for you and ask him to open your eyes to show you what He’s doing all of us I believe were designed to walk as supernatural beings we weren’t designed to walk in the natural and what that means is that God has things that He will do that no man could orchestrate doors will open unusual favor will be before us and God will do incredible things in our lives so would you just embrace this fact for today and this coming week the Lord your God is the one who is fighting for you and remember as you go through life today love God with all your heart especially on this Shabbat day just spend your day loving God, reading his word blessing your family bless those around you and God will use you to make a difference to establish a culture of blessing
