Have you ever asked someone to forgive you and they wouldn't do it?
I recently discovered that most people do not understand the three keys that will motivate any person you ask to truly forgive you from their heart.
I have had many people tell me, "I tried to ask forgiveness from a family member (wife or husband) and she/he wouldn't forgive me.
WHY NOT?
There is a very clear reason why your apology didn't work. It is because you didn't effectively answer three questions every offended person has in their heart.
When you learn how to positively answer these three heart question, it is almost impossible for the offended wife, husband, child, coworker (or anyone) not to forgive you from their heart.
So, what are the three key heart questions that must be answered to release forgiveness?
